REMU fu fondata nel 1972 da Giorgio Marasca, nel 2000, subentrarono i figli, Carlo ed Enrico. Nel 1999 ottenne la prima Certificazione del proprio Sistema di Gestione per la qualità, oggi ISO 9001 ed. 2015 e nel 2011 le certificazioni API e ISO 3834:2. REMU opera in diversi settori, quali Oil&Gas, Gomma e Poliuretano, Cosmeutico e Farmaceutico e Siderurgico ed esporta i suoi prodotti, oltre che in
Europa, anche nel continente americano e asiatico. L'approccio consulenziale, permette alla REMU di costruire rapporti personalizzati con i suoi clienti, per i quali realizza prodotti nel pieno rispetto dei requisiti degli Standard internazionali e dei requisiti richiesti dal cliente stesso. Per perseguire tale obiettivo REMU li supporta dalla fase della progettazione fino alla consegna e al post vendita, cercando di soddisfare tutte le esigenze che possono maturare dopo la vendita stessa. La società italiana REMU Srl è la capostipite di REMU Group, di cui fanno parte la REMU Balkans SH.P.K e la REMU Brasil Ltda.
