Attraverso le parole dell’Amministratore Delegato Luca Tosto abbiamo ripercorso le tappe decisive che hanno portato il Gruppo Tosto all’acquisizione di Belleli Energy CPE. Un cammino raccontato in occasione dell’evento “Crescere per competere”, promosso da Intesa Sanpaolo e , svoltosi ieri nella suggestiva cornice delle Tenute di Sipio, a Ripa Teatina.

È la storia di un successo imprenditoriale che celebra il suo primo decennio, nato da una collaborazione solida e costruita nel tempo su competenza, fiducia e visione condivisa. Un’operazione resa possibile anche grazie al supporto determinante di Banca IMI, divisione del Gruppo Intesa Sanpaolo, che ha accompagnato ogni fase con professionalità e continuità.

La serata si è conclusa con un momento conviviale, in cui i manager si sono salutati rinnovando l’impegno a coltivare una relazione ormai consolidata, pronta a rafforzarsi attraverso nuove opportunità di crescita condivisa.

Through the words of CEO Luca Tosto, we retraced the key milestones that led Gruppo Tosto to the acquisition of Belleli Energy CPE. The journey was shared during the event “Growing to Compete,” promoted by Intesa Sanpaolo and Banca IMI, held yesterday in the charming setting of Tenute di Sipio in Ripa Teatina.

It is the story of an entrepreneurial success now marking its first decade, built on a strong partnership grounded in expertise, trust, and a shared vision. The transaction was made possible thanks to the decisive support of Banca IMI, a division of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, which supported every phase with professionalism and continuity.

The evening concluded with a convivial dinner, where managers exchanged greetings and reaffirmed their commitment to nurturing a well-established relationship, ready to be further strengthened through new shared growth opportunities.

In Belleli Energy CPE l’integrazione e la formazione sul campo sono realtà quotidiana! Siamo fieri di sostenere il progetto , che permette ai ragazzi di vivere esperienze operative concrete, confrontarsi con tecnologie avanzate e standard professionali di alto livello, e crescere all’interno di un contesto industriale strutturato.

Come sottolinea il VP R&D Fausto Fusari:

Il VP R&D, Fausto Fusari, ha partecipato al convegno “Solidarietà e competitività. Leve per lo sviluppo del territorio”, portando la propria esperienza nel progetto MAMET, realizzato in collaborazione con Confimi Apindustria Mantova e Mestieri Lombardia.

Il dibattito si è concentrato sui temi e , ambiti in cui e l’intero sono attivamente impegnati, con l’obiettivo di promuovere l’integrazione sul territorio e sostenere la all’interno del tessuto scolastico. Fausto Fusari ha condiviso esperienze concrete, come il corso di alta formazione per neolaureati e la scuola di saldatura presso l’istituto professionale, un percorso che prosegue grazie al contributo diretto dei nostri istruttori.

Oltre alla formazione, ha illustrato anche le iniziative dedicate alle soluzioni abitative per i lavoratori: dalla ristrutturazione di una palazzina all’interno dello stabilimento fino alla realizzazione di unità abitative sul territorio cittadino. Quanto presentato ha riscosso grande apprezzamento ed è stato richiamato anche dall’On. Elena Bonetti, con l’auspicio che questo modello di collaborazione possa essere esteso e condiviso a livello nazionale.

The VP of R&D, Fausto Fusari, took part in the conference “Solidarity and Competitiveness: Drivers for Territorial Development”, sharing Belleli’s experience within the project, carried out in collaboration with Confimi Apindustria Mantova and Mestieri Lombardia.

The discussion focused on the themes of housing and work, areas in which and the entire are actively engaged, aiming to promote integration within the local community and support in the school system. Fausto Fusari shared concrete examples, such as the postgraduate training course for recent graduates and the welding school established at the vocational institute, a programme that continues with the direct involvement of our instructors.

In addition to , he also outlined initiatives addressing housing solutions for workers, ranging from the renovation of a building within the company premises to the acquisition of residential units across the city. The initiatives were met with considerable appreciation and were also highlighted by Hon. Elena Bonetti, who expressed the hope that this model of collaboration could be extended and shared at a national level.

Nei giorni scorsi abbiamo avuto il piacere di accogliere gli studenti di due classi del 5° anno, indirizzo Meccatronico e Chimico, dell’Istituto Superiore Fermi di Mantova. A dare loro il benvenuto è stato il nostro VP R&D, Fausto Fusari, che, dopo i saluti iniziali, ha guidato i ragazzi attraverso una panoramica degli aspetti più significativi delle attività del nostro stabilimento.

Successivamente, accompagnati dai nostri ingegneri Stefano Giudici e Paolo Simonini, gli studenti hanno avuto l’opportunità di esplorare i nostri spazi produttivi e osservare da vicino i nostri metodi di lavoro.

È stato un momento formativo prezioso, che ha permesso ai ragazzi di avere una visione completa dell’intero processo produttivo aziendale, offrendo spunti concreti per orientare le loro scelte future e avvicinarli al mondo del lavoro con maggiore consapevolezza.

In recent days, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from two fifth-year classes specialising in Mechatronics and Chemistry from the Istituto Superiore Fermi of Mantua. The students were welcomed by our VP of R&D, Fausto Fusari, who, following his opening remarks, guided them through an overview of the most significant aspects of our plant’s activities.

They were then accompanied by our engineers, Stefano Giudici and Paolo Simonini, on a tour of our production facilities, where they had the opportunity to explore our workspaces and observe our working methods at first hand.

This was a valuable educational experience, allowing the students to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire company production process, while providing concrete insights to help guide their future choices and bring them closer to the world of work with greater awareness.
