This week, Industrie De Nora announced the signing of a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire BW Water, a fast-growing global player in integrated water and wastewater treatment solutions.

This acquisition represents a significant step forward for De Nora’s Water ambition and a powerful growth engine for the Group. It enables the creation of a global, integrated, solutions-driven platform to address water scarcity and contamination challenges, provides access to high-growth markets such as semiconductors, desalination, and mining, and strengthens the Group’s presence in Southeast Asia through enhanced engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
The transaction also supports business expansion through deeper value-chain integration and increased cross-selling opportunities.

With this acquisition, the combined Group approaches €1 billion based on 2025 pro-forma revenues.

From Japan to Italy, Family Days continue to bring De Nora closer to its people and their families, creating meaningful moments of connection and sharing.

On April, families joined us in Fujisawa and Yokohama, while yesterday the same spirit was experienced in Milan, welcoming families and children for a special day together.

We are proud to share that last week we launched our first Digital Learning Week!

Designed to strengthen De Nora’s digital mindset, the initiative promoted a better use of the digital tools while leveraging internal experiences, skills and best practices.

Thanks to the contribution of our 12 Digital Pioneers and the participation of 340 colleagues, this week became a shared learning experience built on concrete examples and practical insights.

We are proud to share another significant step on De Nora’s journey toward decarbonization and sustainable energy!

From March 10, De Nora Japan Okayama has begun generating renewable energy through a new solar power system, which, with 1,064 panels, will produce approximately 435 MWh of energy per year, covering around 35% of the site’s electricity consumption.

This progress was soon followed, on April 24, by the installation of a rooftop photovoltaic power generation system at De Nora China, further strengthening the Group’s commitment to achieving its 2030 target of 100% green energy.

These achievements are something we are extremely proud of, that makes a tangible contribution to reducing the environmental impact of our operations and marks a significant milestone in our global commitment to increasingly sustainable and energy-efficient practices.
