We are proud to share that our Okayama site has received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Japanese Red Cross Society, recognizing 13 years of participation in local blood donation initiatives.

This recognition reflects the generosity, commitment, and community spirit of our colleagues, whose contributions have helped support an important cause over the years.

Giving back to the community remains an important part of De Nora's culture. Most recently, colleagues at our Okayama and Fujisawa sites participated in blood donation campaigns organized in partnership with the Japanese Red Cross Society, helping support this important cause through their generosity and commitment.

At De Nora China, Safety Day brought colleagues together to learn, collaborate, and reinforce the habits that help protect one another every day.

Following the acquisition of former BW Water, De Nora Water Technologies colleagues from both legacy organizations came together to Modena for a week-long Integration Summit.

The objective was clear: strengthen relationships, align on priorities, and shape the roadmap for the next phase of our journey together.

Modena summit was not about integrating two companies. It was about designing the common vision of the shared future of one company.

Recently, one of our colleagues from the Fujisawa site, who joined De Nora straight after high school last year, returned to her former school to take part in a career guidance session.
