Our most recent WeDN internal survey provided valuable insights into how our people experience De Nora today, highlighting strengths we are proud of and areas where we can continue to grow.

These results reflect solid foundations—from safety and inclusion to wellbeing and training—while encouraging us to move forward through concrete actions.

We will now move ahead with defining targeted actions, reinforcing what already works and addressing areas for improvement, turning feedback into tangible progress.

We recently opened our doors to future talents at the De Nora Japan site as part of our new graduate recruitment activities.

At De Nora, we believe that even a small drop can create a meaningful impact.

That’s why De Nora Japan Okayama organizes blood donation initiatives twice a year, inviting a mobile donation unit directly on site. Last month, we held the first drive of the year, with 15 colleagues taking part.

Also De Nora Deutschland, in collaboration with the German Red Cross, joined a blood donation event in Erlensee, once again demonstrating a strong spirit of solidarity and social responsibility.

A big thank you to all the colleagues who made these initiatives possible through their participation and commitment.

Together, we can make a difference, one drop at a time, for our communities and beyond.

Last month, we participated at the Milano Marathon 2026, running for Amici di Marco E.T.S for the 10th year in a row.

Thanks to the dedication and engagement of our colleagues, De Nora achieved first place, being recognized as the Top Fundraising Company of this edition.

This achievement is also part of a record‑breaking edition of the Milano Marathon Charity Program, which saw over 2.2 million euros raised, thanks to the collective effort of companies, organizations and individual fundraisers.

Running and fundraising together once again gave special meaning to this edition, as we remembered our colleague Barbara Visentin, whose support for this initiative was truly inspiring.

This week, Industrie De Nora announced the signing of a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire BW Water, a fast-growing global player in integrated water and wastewater treatment solutions.

This acquisition represents a significant step forward for De Nora’s Water ambition and a powerful growth engine for the Group. It enables the creation of a global, integrated, solutions-driven platform to address water scarcity and contamination challenges, provides access to high-growth markets such as semiconductors, desalination, and mining, and strengthens the Group’s presence in Southeast Asia through enhanced engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
The transaction also supports business expansion through deeper value-chain integration and increased cross-selling opportunities.

With this acquisition, the combined Group approaches €1 billion based on 2025 pro-forma revenues.

“Global water challenges, driven by increasing scarcity and the need for water security, require integrated solutions on a worldwide scale. From Japan to Italy, Family Days continue to bring De Nora closer to its people and their families, creating meaningful moments of connection and sharing.

On April, families joined us in Fujisawa and Yokohama, while yesterday the same spirit was experienced in Milan, welcoming families and children for a special day together.

We are proud to share that last week we launched our first Digital Learning Week!

Designed to strengthen De Nora’s digital mindset, the initiative promoted a better use of the digital tools while leveraging internal experiences, skills and best practices.

Thanks to the contribution of our 12 Digital Pioneers and the participation of 340 colleagues, this week became a shared learning experience built on concrete examples and practical insights.
