Con il contributo di DFA Partners, Artown interpreta il carattere della tradizione milanese attraverso una lettura contemporanea.
Mattoni a vista, ampie superfici vetrate e volumi definiti delineano un linguaggio che richiama l’architettura industriale, reinterpretata in chiave attuale.
Non si tratta di replicare il passato, ma di trasformarlo: gli spazi produttivi si trasformano in luoghi da vivere, mentre i riferimenti storici si aprono a nuove modalità dell’abitare, più fluide e relazionali.
Un approccio che supera i modelli tradizionali e costruisce continuità tra memoria e innovazione.
Artown si distingue anche per questo: un progetto che si inserisce nel contesto senza imitarlo, ma evolvendone il significato.

Her expertise in coordinating the design and operational phases is crucial for the success of our work.
As Head of the Technical Area, Cristina supervises every phase of the projects, ensuring the perfect synthesis between design vision and technical implementation.

DFA Partners reworks the traditional concept of cloister, integrating technology and sustainability. The sketch of the outdoor garden represents the heart of the project: a space where nature meets architecture, creating a fluid dialogue between private and common spaces.

We are pleased to announce that the DFA Partners studio will be one of the protagonists of MIPIM, the most important international event dedicated to real estate, where it will present its vision on the architecture of the future.

Founder of DFA Partners, the architect Daniele Fiori carries out a vision of architecture focused on sustainability, technological innovation, and respect for the context.

For him, the project is not a simple signature, but a solution to a problem, a balance between the built environment and nature.
Through the recovery, reuse, and integration of invisible technology, his work aims to create spaces that dialogue with the past, looking to the future.
