CARTES is pleased to announce a new installation in Mexico at GRUPO flexografico, based in León, Guanajuato.

The company has chosen a CARTES GT364HFSR, configured with hot foil stamping, flexography, traditional screen printing and semi-rotary die-cutting.

This new investment confirms the growing interest of the Mexican market in modular, high-performance solutions for label printing, embellishment and converting.

With this installation, CARTES further strengthens its international presence and continues to support label converters worldwide with technologies designed to increase flexibility, efficiency and added value.

In this customer testimonial, Rotocel - Space SRL shares its experience with the CARTES GEMINI line equipped with the Jet D-Screen Dual Bar digital embellishment unit.

Rotocel-Space, an Italian converter specializing in premium labels for wine, spirits, olive oil, beverages and personal care products, has been a pioneer in digital printing and digital embellishment.

With the installation of with dual Jet D-Screen inkjet bars, Rotocel-Space takes another step forward in , and process .

The CARTES GEMINI configuration installed at Rotocel-Space combines flexo varnishing, digital embellishment with Jet D-Screen Dual Bar and semi-rotary die-cutting in a single line.

This enables spot varnish, tactile effects, high-build embellishments and foil application to be produced in one pass, helping reduce setup times, material waste and process complexity.

As Claudio Zola, Production Manager at Rotocel-Space, explains, producing all embellishment and converting processes in a single pass allows the team to immediately check the final result and make corrections before continuing production.

Un risultato che premia la capacità di unire , e in un unico progetto.

ORO DEL SOL è stata realizzata sulla di CARTES, una piattaforma modulare ad alte prestazioni pensata per la produzione di etichette premium e integrare in un solo processo , e .

Con 8 unità e oltre 20 dispositivi speciali, la GT368 permette di trasformare, in un solo passaggio, un materiale bianco in un’etichetta finita ad altissimo aggiunto, stampata fronte/retro e pronta per l’applicazione.
