Un altro lavoro completato da che ha collaudato con successo un impianto laser completo di carico e scarico automatico e magazzino. Un grande apprezzamento per il lavoro di ADH MT e che hanno permesso di accontentare le esigenze produttive di un importante cliente in Emilia Romagna. Il sistema prevede la possibilità di prelevare la lamiera grezza dalla torre a 10 piani e dopo averla lavorata con il sistema laser ULE3015 3kW riporta la lamiera lavorata direttamente in uno dei piani (dedicati allo scarico) della torre medesima.

Another job completed by who successfully tested a laser system complete with automatic loading and unloading and warehouse. A great appreciation for the work of ADH MT and that made it possible to satisfy the production needs of an important customer in Emilia Romagna. The system provides the possibility to take the raw sheet metal from the 10-storey tower and after processing it with the ULE3015 3kW laser system, it returns the processed sheet metal directly to one of the floors (dedicated to unloading) of the tower itself.

Durante la visita presso la fabbrica di ADH Machine Tools abbiamo analizzato tutti i processi produttivi che portano alla costruzione dei macchinari ADH tra cui laser in fibra, piegatrici e pannellatrici.

During the visit to the ADH Machine Tools factory, we looked at all the production processes that go into the construction of ADH machinery including fibre lasers, press brake and panel bender.

Il taglio laser fibra applicato alla realizzazione di tubi e profili di grandi dimensioni è una delle specialità di ADH. Il modello nel video è in grado di processare diametro fino a 800 mm con lunghezza di 12 metri in carico e lavorarli per l’intera lunghezza grazie ai quattro mandrini.

Fiber laser cutting applied to the production of large tubes and profiles is one of ADH's specialities. The model in the video is able to process diameters of up to 800 mm with a length of 12 metres under load and process them along their entire length thanks to its four chucks.

Dopo aver messo le basi tecniche e condiviso le reciproche competenze viene firmato l’accordo quadro per la realizzazione del Centro Europeo di supporto tecnico di ADH Machine Tool e noi di ADH Italia accettiamo la responsabilità e la fiducia quali responsabili di tale centro.

After laying the technical foundations and sharing mutual expertise, the framework agreement for the realisation of the European Technical Support Centre of ADH Machine Tool was signed, and we at ADH Italy accepted the responsibility and trust as the managers of this centre.

Il team di ADH Italia incontra la casa madre ADH MT per definire tecnicamente le specifiche dei propri macchinari per il taglio laser , la piegatura e la pennellatura per la perfetta corrispondenza alle normative europee.

The ADH Italia team meets with the parent company ADH MT to technically define the specifications of its laser cutting, bending and pannel bendermachines for perfect compliance with European standards.

EuroBLECH2024 week was incredible!
The first edition we've partecipated went very well and we are so happy to see such a real interest in our products!
It was an intense week full of emotions, meetings and interesting conversations.
