Sometimes the solution can be worse than the problem: when you use sprays to remove mould from walls that are labelled on the packaging as ‘corrosive’ or ‘harmful to the environment’, there is a risk of releasing volatile substances into the room that are dangerous to the health of those living there.
Sanitising surfaces after mould has appeared is necessary, choosing products and procedures that are as non-damaging as possible, but why not prevent the problem rather than remedy it afterwards?
With mechanical ventilation, this is possible, thanks to units that dynamically monitor the environmental conditions in rooms and activate to bring parameters—including humidity, levels of volatile substances, and CO2—back within the correct ranges.

A volte il rimedio può essere peggiore del male: quando per eliminare la muffa formatasi sulle pareti si utilizzano spray a base di sostanze segnalate sulla confezione come "corrosive" o "pericolose per l'ambiente", il rischio è di rilasciare nelle stanze sostanze volatili dannose per l'ambiente e per la salute di chi abita quegli spazi.
Sanificare le superfici in seguito allo sviluppo di muffa è necessario, scegliendo prodotti e procedure il meno dannose possibili. Ma perché non prevenire il problema, piuttosto che porvi rimedio successivamente?
Con la VMC questo è possibile, grazie ad unità che monitorano dinamicamente le condizioni ambientali delle stanze e si attivano per riportare i parametri, tra i quali umidità, indici delle sostanze volatili, e CO2, nei range corretti.
