ILPRA annuncia il perfezionamento della cessione di 366.600 azioni ordinarie, pari al 3,05% del capitale sociale, per un controvalore complessivo di circa 2,4 milioni di euro.

Nell’ambito dell’operazione, il fondo Indépendance AM S.a.S. ha sottoscritto 306.600 azioni, corrispondenti al 2,55% del capitale sociale, entrando così come nuovo investitore istituzionale nel capitale della società.

Maurizio Bertocco, Presidente e Amministratore Delegato di ILPRA, ha dichiarato:
“L’ingresso di Indepéndance AM S.a.S. nel capitale sociale di ILPRA rappresenta un importante riconoscimento del valore del percorso industriale e finanziario intrapreso dal Gruppo.
L’operazione rafforza la stabilità dell’assetto azionario, incrementa il flottante e la liquidità del titolo, e contribuisce ad accrescere la visibilità di ILPRA presso investitori istituzionali italiani e internazionali.”

ILPRA announces the successful completion of the placement of 366,600 ordinary shares, representing 3.05% of the company’s share capital, for a total value of approximately €2.4 million.

As part of the transaction, Indépendance AM S.a.S. subscribed for 306,600 shares, corresponding to 2.55% of the share capital, becoming a new institutional investor in the company.

Last Friday, we held the ILPRA Convention, a valuable moment of sharing and alignment across the entire company.

We are proud to have supported the second edition of “Un Palco per Te”, a talent show dedicated to young people aged 14 to 30 from the local community.

The event brings together emerging artists who showcase their skills through music, singing and performance, with the audience actively involved in selecting the winner.
This initiative also supports two important local associations: La Fucina and Il Focolare, which are committed to supporting young people in their personal growth and development through educational, social and community programs.
