Atitech is the independent MRO located in Naples, Italy, at Naples-Capodichino International Airport, in a high density aviation industry region it takes advantage of a number of partners known worldwide, providing maintenance activities and making available for air carriers a complete range of MRO services. The Company provides heavy maintenance services to the most diffused kind of aircrafts and is now expanding its range of services and locations. Since 2009, when the Company has been sold to a private equity fund (MERIDIE), the workers have been converted to an unthinkable flexibility and to the maximum reliability. Atitech can count on a backbone of captive Customers and is quickly increasing the “third parties” contracts performing activities for the major aviation players. Today Atitech is fully capable to support third party customers, strong with its “8 bays” facilities, 1 painting bay, workshops and its owned inventory, almost unsurpassed in western Europe. Due to the pluriennal experience Atitech is today one of the greatest MRO in Europe on MD80, B737Cl-NG,A320F and ERJ 175/190. Airbus A320F experience started in 2003 and more than 1.000 heavy maintenance checks have been performed in Naples facilities. Such experience includes:
• Heavy checks for Italian Scheduled Carriers
• Cabin Interiors Refurbishment
• Engineering Support (Part 21, Subpart J - DOA Approved)
• Aircraft Painting
• NDT

• Alitalia CAI – 15%
• Finmeccanica – 25%

In this reel, we will follow the entire aircraft painting process step by step: from the removal of the old paint to the complete repainting. A technical and complex journey where expertise and precision guide every stage, transforming the livery according to the customer’s requirements.
A complex process built on constant team coordination — a key element in optimizing timing while ensuring high standards of quality and excellence.

Nel reel seguiremo passo dopo passo l’intero processo di verniciatura di un aeromobile: dalla rimozione della vecchia vernice fino alla completa riverniciatura. Un percorso tecnico e articolato, in cui competenza e precisione guidano ogni fase e trasformano la livrea secondo le esigenze del cliente.
