🏭 CBKS Single Shaft for Natural Hydraulic Lime (NHL) Production 🔥

💧 What is ?
Hydraulic lime is produced by firing marly limestones or calcareous marls (natural mixtures of limestone and clay) at controlled high temperatures. During this process, part of the clay reacts with calcium oxide, forming hydraulic compounds (calcium silicates and aluminates).
These compounds allow the material to set and harden not only in air, but also in the presence of water — making hydraulic lime ideal for humid environments, Architectural and Design.
It is widely used in restoration and conservation works, masonry mortars, plasters, and Architectural applications, especially where breathability, durability, and compatibility with historic materials are required.
