Today, 28th April, is World Day for Safety and Health at Work.
A day to remember, but also - and above all - to take action. ↓
The figures speak for themselves: every year, there are still far too many serious and fatal accidents. On construction sites, the risk is inherently higher: constantly changing activities, multiple companies working side by side and fragmented responsibilities.
The real challenge is cultural, not merely regulatory: trivialising the rules or fragmenting roles in risk management is a collective failure, as well as a technical error.
The psychosocial environment, in fact, is the next frontier in prevention: safety at work is shaped by how we design tasks, organise teams and define responsibilities.
At Incide, we believe that safety is an enabler, not an obstacle. It's the prerequisite for working better, with greater awareness and fewer unforeseen events.
This is why we strive to integrate safety and prevention as effectively as possible at every stage of the project.
Workplace safety isn't a checklist: it's built (or destroyed) every day, in the relationships between people. It's about listening, shared accountability and risk communication.
