The signal is clear: Be-Fill is a finalist in the 2026 Technology Excellence Awards, General Packaging & Processing category.

And this time, the evidence is technical.

• Product versatility: b**r and carbonated drinks (2–18°C), energy drinks, juices and still beverages, cold-fill or hot-fill up to 90°C. One machine, multiple production lines.
• Can formats: aluminium or tinplate, heights 80–200mm; can ends 200→206 with no mechanical adjustment.
• Filling configurations: 50 to 128 valves, sized to speed and layout.
• Rapid changeover: format and can-body switches with no manual intervention: no dead time built in.
• Technology and control: electronic volumetric dosing, by volume, not by level, every motion synchronised by brushless motors.
• Hygienic by design: no external pneumatic connections, removable covers, automatic empty-can ejection, a purpose-built lower manifold that cuts wear and maintenance.
• Specialised valves: dual-channel for oxygen-sensitive products, single-channel for standard lines, recirculation for hot-fill preheating.
• Optional: liquid nitrogen dosing, for extended shelf-life on premium lines.

Different solutions, engineered around one idea: giving beverage producers the flexibility to handle different products and production requirements with the same filling platform.

SUMMER BREAK IS OVER.
APPARENTLY, NOBODY TOLD OUR MACHINES.

HOW DID WE GET HERE? — 2020-25

2020 didn’t ask for permission.

Italy shut down. The world changed. And suddenly, what mattered most was simple: what keeps running.

ZACMI, by then, is operating at a different scale:
𝟭𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲, 𝟮𝟱𝟬𝟬+ 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗲, €𝟯𝟬𝗠+ 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿.

But the real point isn't the number. It's what the number implies: the ability to design, build, and support systems that keep performing when conditions change; because customers don't pause production just because the world is uncertain.

This is where "legacy" stops being history and becomes a present-tense responsibility.
Five years on, that responsibility takes a new shape. In 2025, Be-Fill is unveiled at drinktec: a rotary filler built for beverage cans, carrying the same discipline into a category ZACMI had never filled before.

During these years we also build our first 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀 for the food industry. The company is now over 100 people strong.
