On behalf of the European Polymer Federation (EPF), and the Italian Association of Polymer Science and Technology (AIM), we cordially invite you to participate in the European Polymer Congress – EPF 2013, 16-21 June, 2013, Pisa (Italy). The EPF 2013 continues a series of successful meetings on the most relevant topics in polymer science and technology, the latest of which were held in Granada (201
1), Graz (2009), Portoroz (2007) and Moscow (2005). The Congress will provide the polymer community with an international forum for scientific discovery and dissemination of most recent research advances, industrial innovation, interdisciplinary education, and professional networking. The program will address all major topics of current and prospective interest in polymer research and application, including the challenges to face in energy, sustainability, safety, and emerging and green processes. It will consist of seven symposia with plenary lectures and invited lectures delivered by outstanding experts from both academia and industry. Ample space will be given to contributed papers for oral and poster presentation by students and young researchers too. Exhibitors will showcase state-of-the-art instrumentation, publications, products and services. A rich program of social activities and excursions will also be organized for delegates and accompanying persons to enjoy Pisa and its beautiful surroundings in the very heart of central Italy.
