🇮🇹 È il 1956 quando nasce a Poggibonsi Putsch Meniconi, un’azienda capace di fondere l’esperienza tedesca del gruppo Putsch con il know-how della manifattura italiana. La produzione è inizialmente dedicata soprattutto alle esigenze dell’industria saccarifera, vero core business del gruppo Putsch. Otto anni dopo però, nel 1964, arriva la svolta: nasce la prima sezionatrice verticale firmata Putsch Meniconi, in un mercato di macchinari da falegnameria ancora tutto orientato sulla lavorazione orizzontale. Già allora quella prima sezionatrice verticale racchiudeva due caratteristiche che ancora oggi distinguono lla nostra gamma: semplicità di utilizzo e ingombri ridotti. Il ’64 segna così l’inizio di un percorso tutto nuovo, fatto di opportunità e intuizioni che nel corso del tempo diventeranno fondamentali. Da allora molto è cambiato ma quel primo passo continua a raccontare l'essenza di ciò che siamo ancora oggi.

🇬🇧 It was 1956 when Putsch Meniconi was founded in Poggibonsi, bringing together the German expertise of the Putsch Group and the know-how of Italian manufacturing. Initially, production was mainly dedicated to the needs of the sugar industry, the Putsch Group’s core business. Eight years later, however, in 1964, came the turning point: Putsch Meniconi developed its first vertical panel saw, at a time when the woodworking machinery market was still largely focused on horizontal cutting. Even then, that first vertical panel saw already featured two characteristics that still distinguish our range today: ease of use and a compact footprint. 1964 thus marked the beginning of an entirely new journey, shaped by opportunities and insights that would prove fundamental over the years. Much has changed since then, but that first step still reflects the essence of who we are today.
