The project FOODMICROHERITAGE - has been granted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale within the Program of Scientific and Technological Cooperation between Italy and Vietnam 2021-2023 and will be coordinated by Dipartimento di Agraria Unina Federico II and Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH)
FOODMICROHERITAGEproject aims to characterize and protect the microbial diversity of Italian and Vietnamese fermented foods, to understand how to exploit the microbial diversity to improve food safety and quality.
