Through access to Planet’s high-frequency, high-resolution satellite datasets, Geocart enhances its thirty years of expertise in aerial surveying, LiDAR analysis, and photogrammetry with daily updated multispectral optical data, delivering highly scalable, end-to-end solutions designed to generate measurable value for the market.

The synergy will enable:
• enhancement of inspection and monitoring workflows for critical infrastructures through integrated multi-sensor datasets (satellite, aerial, UAV, Mobile Mapping Systems);
• deployment of advanced large-scale change detection, early warning, and predictive analytics services;
• support for public and private clients in accessing, distributing, and maximizing the value of Planet imagery and derived products within the VAR (Value Added Reseller) partnership framework.

Siamo orgogliosi di aver partecipato alle Giornate di Studio del Consorzio Fabre intervenendo alla tavola rotonda di chiusura con un intervento del nostro Lello Santangelo sul tema "Le tecnologie di Osservazione della Terra a supporto del monitoraggio delle Infrastrutture".

Oggi 12 febbraio hanno preso avvio le Giornate di Studio del Consorzio Fabre dedicate al tema "La ricerca scientifica al servizio delle infrastrutture", con 300 partecipanti in presenza e altrettanti collegati online.

GEOCART has been working since early '90s on remote sensing, infrastructure & environment monitoring and information technology, expanding its presence from Italy across the European countries and to North and South America.

Monitoring, survey and inspection of power lines, pipeline, railways and highways, as well as ground, vegetation, forest and water basin analysis, are provided through an integrated approach that covers the entire process chain and the asset management cycle. Our value proposition starts from the design of integrated multi-sensor platforms, data collection and processing, analysis of satellite data to the development of software, tool and algorithms.

With reference only to power lines, we have inspected and monitored more than 1 million km of networks until now. Every year, our process chain is capable of monitoring hundreds of thousands of kilometers of infrastructures.
