Our workshops reopen on September 1.

In production, that means restarting from operations like this one: cutting a steel bar on the band saw.

For some of the components used in our motors, this is the first manufacturing operation. From here, the material moves on to the next steps of the process.

Production, open projects and technical discussions start moving again.

Sometimes it appears on one of our shipping crates.

Sometimes on a workbench, a notebook, a locker or the enclosure of a CNC machine.

Automatic tool change is not an isolated event. It is part of the production process.

In this video, Stoney CNC and 5.0 Robotics show a Teknomotor ATC71 electrospindle releasing one tool, engaging the next and allowing the CNC cycle to continue.

For OEMs and integrators, this is the practical point to assess: how the electrospindle and the machine interface work together throughout the application.

We are on the second-to-last day before the summer break, and logistics is running at full pace: orders to close, pickups to coordinate, customers asking to receive or collect their parts in time.

A datasheet tells you what a component is rated for.
A measurement tells you what has been verified.

When a machine works with continuity, reliability often starts before the first machining cycle: in the way each component is specified, measured, validated and integrated.

For a machine builder, a mis-specified component can create costs later: production interruptions, diagnostic time and unplanned replacements.

This is why validated components are not a separate category for us.
They are the baseline.
