For us, it starts with facts.

Teknomotor has been designing and manufacturing electrospindles and high-frequency motors in Italy since 1983.

Over the last 12 months, we have served customers in 41 countries across 6 continents.

More than 80% of our revenue was generated outside Italy.

These figures show the international dimension of our work and the experience built across different markets and applications.

This is one of the visible steps behind our international business: a loading operation at our factory.

More than 80% of Teknomotor revenue in the last closed financial year was generated outside Italy.

But export starts earlier than shipping. It starts with visits, meetings and technical conversations in the markets we serve, and continues through the relationships built with customers and partners over time.

Distance changes the logistics. It does not change the need to stay close to the people we work with.

A project can start well before the formal meeting.

In this case, it started under a gazebo, with a sheet of paper and a direct conversation.

That first exchange has a purpose: making the problem clearer, comparing different points of view and understanding what needs to happen next.

The place may change.
The need for clarity does not.

This electrospindle came back from the field after an impact.

The shaft was deformed, the run-out value had changed, and the customer marked it directly on the metal.

With a small sad face.

A simple detail, but also a technical trace.

For our service team, every return is a way to observe, measure and understand what happened before defining the right next step.

We keep an old micrometer in a cabinet at Teknomotor. Every now and then it comes back into our hands, and we look at it with respect.

It reminds us that we have always measured, long before the spindles and the CNC applications. The tools changed. The discipline behind them didn't, and that's the precision we still hand you today.

Our workshops reopen on September 1.

In production, that means restarting from operations like this one: cutting a steel bar on the band saw.

For some of the components used in our motors, this is the first manufacturing operation. From here, the material moves on to the next steps of the process.

Production, open projects and technical discussions start moving again.

Sometimes it appears on one of our shipping crates.

Sometimes on a workbench, a notebook, a locker or the enclosure of a CNC machine.

Teknomotor Inside is a small visible sign.

What it points to is less visible: the technical choices that shape how an electrospindle works once it becomes part of a machine.

Requirements. Integration. Validation. The way a component fits into the process it was selected for.

The sticker is the visible part.

Automatic tool change is not an isolated event. It is part of the production process.

In this video, Stoney CNC and 5.0 Robotics show a Teknomotor ATC71 electrospindle releasing one tool, engaging the next and allowing the CNC cycle to continue.

We are on the second-to-last day before the summer break, and logistics is running at full pace: orders to close, pickups to coordinate, customers asking to receive or collect their parts in time.
