MyHealthMyData (MHMD) is an Horizon 2020 project, started on November 1st 2016, developing a blockchain-based health data platform to enable privacy-preserving sharing of health data of EU citizens, to be managed by individual users through personal data clouds and enhanced consent interfaces, to contribute to improvement in patient care and parallely allow large medical pseudonymised datasets to

be leveraged for research and innovation purposes, to foster scientific discoveries and innovation in healthcare.
