We produce a wide range of flat-pack products for any room of your home or other areas. Since 1945, 3B has put all its energy into research to develop new technology, engineer new operational procedures and create new aesthetic solutions. Our entire production is carried out in Italy in two plants occupying 200,000 square meters; 130,000 of which are covered. 800 employees work in shifts to maintain a 24 hour production cycle, seven days a week. Our extremely high standards keep the production time of our customers’ requests to a minimum by providing reliable products combining Italian quality with cost effectiveness. Our aim is to translate quality into fast delivery worldwide. Designers, chemists and engineers work closely to create frontals and components to stamp their mark on the competitive market of furniture for interior design via a three-fold path: the continual research for new coating materials; the development of new aesthetic solutions; the study of new engineering production processes.

The ASPUDDEN kitchen series is the result of a shared commitment to innovation, quality and responsible manufacturing.

Together with IKEA, 3B took on the challenge of rethinking conventional 3D kitchen fronts, engineering and industrializing an innovative production solution based on 100% recycled wood particleboard, as a substitution for MDF. The result combines manufacturing expertise with a continuous focus on material efficiency and sustainability.

Following more than a year of research, testing and product development, the solution was successfully integrated in production. The result is a product that maintains the high quality, durability and aesthetic standards expected of IKEA products while reducing its overall environmental impact.

ASPUDDEN demonstrates how strong partnerships, engineering expertise and continuous innovation can transform ambitious design concepts into industrial manufacturing solutions.

On this occasion, 3B was awarded the Quality and Service Award 2026, a recognition that reflects a journey built on listening, strong partnerships and a shared vision: delivering the best products and support to industry professionals. The award was accepted by Luca Visentin, Managing Director, and Andrea Tommasini, Country Manager UK.
