2014 Brammer European Graduate Programme

Do you have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management, resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent language and customer service skills? Would you like to embark on a commercial or functional role where you’ll gain experience and knowledge into various areas of business during a two-year programme involving four different six-month rotations including field and office work and an opportunity to do one rotation in another European country? Then you could be just the person we need to join our European Graduate Programme.

What will you be doing?
• Working on a variety of projects where you’ll learn by challenging yourself in every way possible
• Gaining experience and improving broader business knowledge in areas such as Key Accounts, Finance, Supply Chain & Purchasing, Customer Service, Marketing and IT
• Bringing a fresh and unique perspective to our business on a pan-European stage
• Benefitting from regular progress reviews with a coach and mentor
What skills and experience will you need?
• A degree in Science, Engineering, Business Management or International Marketing
• A genuine interest in the manufacturing industry
• Lots of energy, drive and ambition, a high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Fluent English, ideally alongside another European language
