De Lama, un’azienda dove, per oltre 40 anni, dagli anni ’60 fino al 2007, la e è stata una : 𝐎𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐚 𝐃𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐚

Da qui deriva, probabilmente, parte del DNA dell’azienda, che ha sempre dato ampio spazio alle donne, anche in ruoli di responsabilità e posizioni di alto livello.

Oggi questo cambiamento coinvolge sempre di più anche la produzione, un settore tradizionalmente presidiato dalla componente maschile, sia per la presenza storica di lavori fisicamente impegnativi, sia perché il mercato ha per lungo tempo proposto prevalentemente figure maschili per questi ruoli.

Ma il trend sta cambiando. Anche grazie all’introduzione di macchinari automatici, tecnologie robotiche e sistemi legati all’Industria 4.0, la forza fisica lascia sempre più spazio a competenze tecniche, capacità di programmazione e skill meccatroniche.

🎥 In questa video-intervista, che abbiamo volutamente condito con un po’ di ironia, abbiamo dato voce a due giovani donne, e , entrate nel reparto produttivo di De Lama da poco meno di un anno.

But the trend is changing. Thanks also to the introduction of automated machinery, robotic technologies, and Industry 4.0 systems, physical strength is progressively being replaced by technical expertise, programming capabilities, and mechatronic skills.

🎥 In this video , intentionally seasoned with a touch of irony, we gave the floor to two young women, and , who joined De Lama’s production department, to hear directly about their experience and perspective.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di ospitare in De Lama i ragazzi dell’ITS Cardano di Pavia per una giornata di training dedicata alla manutenzione degli impianti.

Un’occasione concreta di confronto tra formazione e mondo del lavoro, in cui teoria e pratica si incontrano per sviluppare competenze fondamentali per il futuro del settore.
