✨ Giving a KRONES Contiform S8 a new life!

BBM has completed a revamping project on a KRONES Contiform S8 blow moulder supplied to LUFRA, a leading dairy company in Albania.

After the purchase of the machine, LUFRA chose BBM once again to enhance its performance and extend its lifecycle 🔄

The project included a complete revamping process and the development of new customised moulds for a 400 ml bottle format 🥛

From machine refurbishment to bottle design, installation and start-up, BBM delivered a complete solution tailored to LUFRA’s production needs.

⚙️ Watch this refurbished OCME ALTAIR X30 back in action!

This OCME ALTAIR X30 wrap-around case packer has been fully refurbished and customized by BBM as part of a turnkey revamping project for an existing packaging line.

The machine now converts shrink-wrapped multipacks into 4-pack wrap-around cases (3×2 configuration for 500 ml bottles), demonstrating how a refurbished machine can be adapted to new production and format requirements while delivering reliable performance.

How fast can a bottling line come to life? ⏱️

At Stella Alpina — a historic water bottling brand from Val Brembana located just a couple of kilometers from the BBM showroom in Lenna — BBM Packaging managed the installation of a complete SMI PET bottling line in only 4 weeks ⚡

Designed for still and sparkling water production, the line handles multiple bottle formats from 500 ml to 1.5 L at speeds up to 18.000 bph.

The project also includes a custom BBM applicator that places the label before film shrinking, avoiding application on wet bottles and improving packaging efficiency ♻️
