If "testing" were a magic spell, you'd need to cast it before installing a tool.

Afterward, it doesn't work. Many of the problems with a new machine or a new line are discovered afterward. After the time spent choosing it, after the workers have learned to use it. After paying for it, too.

Sometimes industrial slogans sound like empty words, with no practical meaning.

Ours is "Industrial Serenity".

And it's the most practical thing there is: it means the opposite of a machine that works just fine for 20 of your competitors. It means the opposite of unplanned downtime and last-minute adjustments. The opposite of costs that pop up after installation.

It means the opposite of testing a machine or a line on the plant floor, at your expense.

It means that machine works, and works well, because it's made for you. And no one else.

The process is always our starting point for creating a .

If our customer uses it, and has refined it over time, that process holds the "keys" to our result. All we have to do is break it down, and understand it.

That way, automation doesn't just save time: it eliminates or limits manual error. And production stability benefits.

One good example is this machine for winding a steel cable: the operator only handles the loading and recalls the recipe via PLC. The machine does the rest, automatically.

A machine tool that didn't exist before.
