What does it mean to engineer human potential?

Our new Manifesto tells the story of BionIT Labs’ evolution.

What began in prosthetics has grown into a broader vision connecting two domains:

🦾🤖 Everyone’s arguing about what AI can think. But what can AI actually hold?

A new feature by AI Plus (AI+) explores the story behind BionIT Labs and Adam’s Hand: a bionic hand originally created for people with limb difference, now bringing its Fully-Adaptive Grip technology to humanoid robots.

From a graduation thesis and a first 3D printer to a growing international team, the article retraces the challenges, turning points and people behind our journey.

It also captures the idea driving our evolution from prosthetics to robotics: AI can reason, plan and predict, but without dexterity, it cannot effectively interact with the physical world.

A hand designed to help people regain their grip is now helping machines learn how to have one.
