🚀 Another successful delivery completed!

We're proud to announce the successful delivery of 16 progressive cavity pumps with API 676 baseplate configuration, specifically engineered for demanding slop oil applications.

Designed to operate safely and reliably in challenging environments, these ATEX-certified pumps provide excellent solids handling capability while ensuring high performance and long service life.

Key technical features:
✔ Pumped fluid: Slop oil
✔ Viscosity range: 6.2–18 cP
✔ Solids concentration: up to 5%
✔ Solids passage: 32 mm (soft solids) / 16 mm (hard solids)
✔ Design pressure: 12 bar
✔ Maximum absorbed power: 2.9 kW
✔ ATEX certified – ATEX 2014/34/EU II 2G Ex h IIB Gb
✔ API 682 double cartridge mechanical seal system
✔ Pressurized double mechanical seal

Before shipment, every pump successfully completed final assembly, performance testing, and quality inspection, ensuring full compliance with customer specifications and international standards.

This achievement is the result of the dedication and expertise of our entire team—from engineering and production to testing and final packaging.

In less than one month, we organized our participation, prepared the stand, and brought our brand and technology to one of the most important international trade fairs for environmental solutions.

Despite the limited exhibition space, the energy, professionalism, and commitment of our team made a real difference.

Molasses (fluid with high viscosity and easy to clog) often cannot be handled effectively by conventional pumps.
Thai Khuong Pumps ( https://thaikhuongpump.com/ ) supplied a molasses transfer pumping solution with a specialized progressing cavity pump manufactured by Nova Rotor.
The pump can handle liquids with viscosity of 25,000 cPs (or even more) maintaining original characteristics of the product, helping the transportation process goes smoothly.
Progressing cavity pump creates a continuous, stable flow, limited vibration and avoids clogging. Made from high-quality materials, ensuring long-term performance and saving maintenance costs.
