From workshop to site.

Last week, as part of a two-day technical workshop in Pokhara (NPL), colleagues from TROYER Nepal and TROYER Italy continued their exchange with a visit to Seti Khola, one of our customer sites in Nepal. ⚙️

Being on site means putting technical discussions into context: understanding day-to-day operating conditions, exchanging practical experience, and staying close to the people who operate the plant.

By combining local presence in Nepal with international expertise, we can better understand our customers’ needs and support them with solutions and service grounded in real operating conditions. 🌍

Knowledge grows when it’s shared.

Our TROYER teams from Nepal and Italy are together in Pokhara (NPL) for a two-day technical workshop focused on Building Site Management and Service.

The focus is practical exchange: sharing experience from the field, deepening technical know-how, and learning from one another. The two-day program also includes a visit to a hydropower plant, bringing the exchange from workshop to site.

Small hydropower takes us to Bressanone!

Similar output doesn’t mean similar engineering.

Las Peñas 1 and Las Peñas 2 will together provide more than 157 MW through six Pelton turbines, each with an output of approximately 26 MW. Similar unit output, yet very different hydraulic conditions and engineering responses.

TROYER’s scope goes beyond the turbines, covering electrical, automation, and auxiliary systems, as well as installation and commissioning, all coordinated as one electromechanical system.

The two vertical 4-jet Pelton turbines for Las Peñas 2 are nearing completion in our workshop. ⚙️

Before they begin their journey, one last look inside the workshop, where the final welding and manufacturing steps are bringing them closer to shipment.
