The Monti Antonio hot-melt line is designed as a modular structure which allows to operate both in full-coating, for full-surface applications, and with engraved cylinder, for processes that require a controlled distribution of the polymer in relation to the design or technical specifications.

The integration of pre-heating stations allows to keep the modules ready for use, reducing the waiting times in the configuration change phases and assuring continuity to the production process.

In the case of lines equipped with two engraved cylinder modules, the transition between one type of incision and the other occurs in extremely reduced time periods, allowing production to adapt quickly without interruption.

It’s a configuration meant to manage variability and accurate production times, while maintaining stability and control throughout the line.

In bonding operations, the managing of the adhesive represents a fundamental step to ensure uniformity and stability of the final result, especially when you work on different materials or pre-existing lines.

The Monti Antonio powder line is born to accurately integrate itself inside pre-existing or newly designed production systems, thanks to a module dedicated to powder distribution which allows to control quantity and application depending on materials and line speed.

This configuration makes it possible to manage not only powder lamination processes but also applications using film and decorative foil and effects.

Embossing processes with release paper and sublimation printing are also possible.

It’s a system designed to adapt to different production configurations, which in turn extends the possible applications without intervening on the system structure.

In textile finishing processes, the managing of different materials requires technologies capable of adapting to different applications and production targets.

The Monti Antonio solution for film applications meets this requirement by integrating multiple process technologies in one single system. The same configuration permits both laminating and sublimation printing operations, allowing to work on different production flows without modifying the line structure.

In the decorative field, it allows the application of foil and superficial effects as well as embossing applications by using release paper, ensuring uniformity of pressure and precision in the final result, even on structured or complex materials.

It’s a solution designed to maintain continuity of operation even with the varying of production needs.

A big thank you to our agent Sitotehnika and to Mimaki for the organization of an OPEN HOUSE Event on TRAPIS technology on the 14th of May in Belgrade!

On this particular occasion visitors had the chance to see in person, among others, also our RP02-1800 machine model in operation.

Lastly, a special thank you also to Mr. Rodd Harrison of Mimaki, for his participation to this event.

Alongside the management of requests, Monti Antonio also supports the planning of scheduled maintenance, through periodic checks carried out by specialized technicians. An activity that allows to maintain the machine's performance over time and reduce the risk of unplanned downtime.

From 19 to 22 May, we will be in Geneva to take part to INDEX 2026, the main international exhibition dedicated to non-woven fabrics.
Inside Italian National Sector Group (ACIMIT) it will be possible to discover our main technologies of production.
We will show applications such as sublimation printing and impregnation, while for what concern laminating you could discover more about hot-melt, film, web and powder.
They are used in different industrial productions, among them: production of sound-absorbing panels, automotive sector, non-wovens for road infrastructures and non-wovens promotional banners.
Process liability and quality of the final result are fundamental elements to ensure an optimal product.
