The quality of direct printing on natural fabrics is built starting in the phases preceding the application of colour. The Monti Antonio i Series impregnation machines play a role in the pre and post printing treatments by preparing the material and bettering its performances, particularly in pigment digital printing processes.

Before printing, the machine applies a chemical solution that makes the fabric more receptive and helps building the bond with the pigmented ink. After printing, the hot cylinder reactivates and sets the colour, contributing to a more brilliant and resistant finish over time.

The same technology is not limited only to pigment processes. It can be also used to apply functional treatments on raw and printed fabrics, providing softening, flame-retardant, antibacterial, water-repellent and other specific characteristics.

A single machine that allows different processes by adapting to the fabric characteristics and the required final result.

A stopped machine represents not only a waste of time but can also generate production delays, missed deadlines, a surge of costs and longer recovery times. With Monti Smart Connect the client can choose to connect its machine with Monti Antonio service, integrating the technical assistance into the system management.

The remote connection allows our team to carry out an initial diagnosis wherever the machine may be, in order to locate with more rapidity the origin of possible anomalies and to support the necessary intervention, reducing stand-by time as much as possible.

The system also allows to export the key machine data, such as production data history, consumption and recipes, providing useful information for a more precise analysis.

The shared management of data makes the assistance quicker and contributes to assure continuity and efficiency of the production process.

With Monti Smart Connect, the management of Monti Antonio machines becomes simpler.
The system allows you to acquire, consult and elaborate the generated machine data, and provides useful remote functions for the day-by-day production control.

Through PC, tablet or smartphone it is possible to:

• visualize in real time the state of the machine and its main operative data.
• set and modify remotely the parameters
• consult the history of registered data
• export the information in Excel format for analysis and accurate reports

Monti Smart Connect represents our concrete response to the evolution of the Italian industrial program “Industry 4.0” : an intelligent system developed and progressively expanded in order to integrate with all Monti Antonio machines equipped with touch screen.

The solution is available on compact models, such as the T02-1800 dedicated to the printing of small sports productions and promotional items, as well as on more articulated configurations such as T08B and C08 for printing and on laminating machines such as the H02.

The Monti Antonio N03 is a calender designed for sublimatic printing of ribbons and narrow fabrics in continuous. With its 300mm heating cylinder it allows the transfer of motifs with uniformity and precision, event on products destinated for intensive use.

In printed beach towels, the large surface area of the product requires uniform graphic reproduction: patterns, images or personalized elements must maintain definition and continuity on the entire printing area.

The Monti Antonio P20 is hydraulic double press for transfer printing and bonding. In the process applied to beach towels, the temperature control and use of vacuum allow for a uniform and deep graphic transfer, while accounting for the thickness of the product and the precision required for the design. A technology that enables piecepiece processes even on large items, maintaining continuity and uniformity in the print result.

On beach bags, the decoration may require different processing based on the material and final desired effect. It’s the case of metallic effect applications, used to highlight details, inserts or parts of the product with precise and stable decorative finish.

The Monti Antonio L03-2000 allows for a double application: on one hand, sublimation printing on synthetic materials; on the other, lamination on both synthetic and natural materials. A configuration that broadens the customization possibilities by enabling the use of the most suitable process for each different support.

For articles such as the beach bags, were the aesthetics of the details and the quality of the processes affect the final result, being able to combine printing and lamination inside the same workflow represents a tangible advantage in terms of production flextibility.

A printed beach cover-up can be produced in either synthetic fabrics or natural fibres such as cotton, linen and viscose. What changes is not only the composition of the garment but also the process used to transfer the designs on the material.

The Monti Antonio RP03-1800 allows to manage both applications: sublimation printing on synthetic fabrics, where colour pe*****tes into fibres through heat, and transfer printing on natural fabrics, with the use of special papers with pigment inks and pre-coating.

A solution that permits the printing of cover-ups realized in different materials, by adopting the most appropriate process for each one and while maintaining precision and uniformity in the graphic performance.

In competitive swimwear, the print needs to integrate with technical fabrics and shaped panels used in the garment’s stitching. Colours, logos and graphic details have to be transferred uniformly, maintaining precision on each component.

Sublimation allows the ink to pe*****te into synthetic fibres through heat, resulting in graphics both sharp and stable in the fabric.

The Monti Antonio T03-1800 is designed to work both on roll and pre-cut fabrics: a configuration suitable for the production of technic swimwear, where the different costume panels can be printed with precision before the final packaging.
