MARCO GOTTARDO, IL FUTURO POGGIA SU FONDAMENTA SOLIDE
Anche per Marco Gottardo, come già per suo padre, il percorso in Italprofili parte da un'esperienza diretta e concreta: nel 2004, quando la sede è ancora a Jesolo, il suo primo ruolo è quello di garzone di magazzino, tra pulizie e consegne.
Il passaggio decisivo arriva nel 2008. Mentre la crisi colpisce il mercato, Marco propone al nonno Danilo di lavorare insieme a una nuova linea di prodotti. Nasce così la linea di basamenti Special, il prodotto che segna la ripartenza di Italprofili dopo la crisi.
Da lì il percorso è tutto in salita: nel 2012 dirige la produzione, nel 2017 impara a conoscere ogni reparto dell'azienda, dal 2023 è General Manager. Da Danilo eredita la ricerca della qualità, da Paolo la cura per le relazioni con i clienti.
Marco oggi guida Italprofili verso il futuro, sulle stesse fondamenta.
MARCO GOTTARDO, THE FUTURE RESTS ON SOLID FOUNDATIONS
For Marco Gottardo, just as it was for his father, his career at Italprofili began with hands-on experience. In 2004, when the company headquarters were still in Jesolo, his first role was as a warehouse worker, taking care of everything from cleaning to deliveries.
A decisive turning point came in 2008. As the economic crisis hit the market, Marco proposed that he and his grandfather Danilo work together on a new product line. This marked the birth of the Special base line, the product that would play a key role in Italprofili’s recovery after the crisis.
From that moment on, Marco’s journey continued to grow. In 2012, he took over the management of production; in 2017, he gained experience across every department of the company; and since 2023, he has served as General Manager.
From Danilo, he inherited the pursuit of quality; from Paolo, the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Today, Marco leads Italprofili towards the future, building on the same solid foundations that have always defined the company.
