PAOLO GOTTARDO, IL PONTE TRA IERI E DOMANI
Paolo Gottardo entra in azienda nei primi anni '80 come magazziniere. Suo padre Danilo aveva scelto così: nessuna scorciatoia, nessun privilegio legato al cognome. La stessa palestra della fatica che aveva formato lui avrebbe formato suo figlio.
Un gradino alla volta, Paolo impara a conoscere ogni reparto dall'interno. Costruisce la prima rete nazionale di agenti, apre i magazzini strategici tra Nord e Sud Italia, guida l'espansione oltre i confini nazionali. Nella coppia padre e figlio, Danilo era il creativo, Paolo il commerciale: due visioni complementari, capaci di crescere insieme senza mai perdere la direzione.
Alla guida dal 2004, anche negli anni più difficili come la crisi del 2008, non ha mai smesso di costruire, permettendo all'azienda di crescere, innovarsi ed evolvere nel tempo.

It was his father Danilo's decision: no shortcuts, no privileges tied to the family name. The same school of hard work that had shaped him would shape his son as well. Step by step, Paolo gained firsthand knowledge of every department. He built the company's first nationwide sales network, established strategic warehouses across Northern and Southern Italy, and led its expansion beyond national borders. As a father-and-son team, Danilo was the visionary, while Paolo was the commercial strategist—two complementary perspectives that grew together without ever losing sight of their direction. Since taking the helm in 2004, even through the toughest years, including the 2008 financial crisis, Paolo has never stopped building. Under his leadership, the company has continued to grow, innovate, and evolve through time.
