Siamo orgogliosi di aver completato con successo le attività di progettazione, installazione e messa in servizio di un sistema di automazione destinato ad un impianto di .
Il progetto prevedeva la costruzione di un impianto completo per l’idroformatura di componenti in rame utilizzando un processo idraulico dell’acqua fino a 160 bar, dotato di un sistema di controllo basato sul Siemens S7-1500 e HMI da 12”, per garantire il controllo, la supervisione e la diagnostica dell’intero processo.
Ogni progetto rappresenta una nuova sfida e un’opportunità per implementare competenza, precisione e affidabilità. Essere coinvolti in attività in una realtà di eccellenza internazionale come il CERN è fonte di grande soddisfazione per tutto il nostro team.

We are proud to have successfully completed the design, installation and commissioning activities of an automation system intended for a plant of idroformatura.
The project involved the construction of a complete plant for hydroforming copper components using a water hydraulic process up to 160 bar, equipped with a control system based on the PLC Siemens S7-1500 and 12” HMI, to ensure control, supervision and diagnostics of the entire process.
Each project represents a new challenge and an opportunity to implement expertise, precision and reliability. Being involved in activities in a reality of international excellence such as CERN is a source of great satisfaction for our entire team.
