BeonD è specializzato nelle padroneggiare e gestire le più aggiornate tecniche di progettazione e simulazione per svolgere analisi di fattibilità o di avamprogetto su concept di veicoli o sottosistemi innovativi. Inoltre grazie ai suoi partner di ingegneria, progettazione e manifattura è in grado anche di fornire servizi di ingegneria di qualsiasi tipo, prototipi in scala, prototipi di dimensioni

reali statici e marcianti, test a banco, test dinamici su strada e su pista, fino alla produzione di piccole serie di veicoli (inferiori ai 5.000 veicoli/anno). I prodotti che offre BeonD possono rivoluzionare il mercato dei sistemi per la Mobilità Urbana, in quanto sono veicoli estremamente leggeri, performanti e dai consumi estremamente bassi, pensati per l’uso specifico del car sharing "free floating", noleggio, flotte aziendali o servizi pubblici. Le soluzioni di BeonD rispondono alla domanda "Perchè muoversi in città con 1.500 kg di veicolo, o più, per spostare solo sé stessi, sobbarcandosi i costi sempre piùonerosi di un veicolo di proprietà, senza trovare parcheggio, non potendo accedere alle ZTL?". Il tempo dei veicoli enormi, voluminosi, che consumano e inquinano molto sta volgendo al termine, BeonD è pronta a supportare i fornitori e i costruttori automotive a progettare e integrare contenuti nuovi nell'automobile di domani, sicura, efficiente, dal design accattivante a costi sostenibili.

Innovation becomes useful when simulation meets real-world ex*****on!

Yesterday, BeonD joined 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘆 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 hosted by BETA CAE Systems at the Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile .

Throughout the event, multiple case studies showcased how advanced simulation workflows are supporting increasingly complex engineering activities across different industrial applications.

We contributed with the presentation "Be(y)ond simulation: a CFD workflow validation for a kart aerokit with ANSA, Fidelity CFD, SPH Solver, META" by our colleague Simone Reitano.

👉 Our case study focused on CFD methodologies and workflow validation applied to kart aerodynamics, exploring how integrated simulation approaches can support more reliable and consistent development processes, thanks to an additional SPH-based analysis to investigate driver visibility in wet track conditions.

On May 26, BeonD will take the stage at Italy Open Meeting 2026, hosted at the Museo Nazionale dell’Automobile.

In advanced engineering, the question is not how accurate a model is — it’s whether that model can be trusted when exposed to real-world conditions.

Key focus of the session:
👉 how to build a CFD workflow that goes beyond isolated simulations
👉 how to validate aerodynamics in a complete, integrated environment
👉 how different solvers and tools interact within a consistent process
👉 how to reduce the gap between virtual results and physical behavior

Because simulation, on its own, doesn’t guarantee performance. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹, 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀. If you're working on simulation-driven development, this is where methodology becomes outcome.

Over the past days at Space Meetings Veneto, BeonD took part in a dense agenda of B2B meetings and technical exchanges alongside companies, suppliers and technology players across the aerospace ecosystem, represented by our colleagues Ilaria Luciano and Andrea Costantino by CSI.

One topic clearly emerged throughout these conversations: the growing need for increasingly advanced battery systems capable of supporting the next generation of aerospace applications.

At BeonD, together with CSI S.p.A. and the IMQ Group, we are actively working on this challenge through both research projects and engineering validation activities, helping develop solutions designed for the demanding requirements of aerospace and advanced mobility sectors.
