Resin can reach the bottom of a winding and still leave the job half done. What matters is whether it fills every gap between the wires, with no trapped air anywhere in the mass.

A void in an electrical insulation system is never a minor defect.
Air has a much lower dielectric strength than resin, so the electric field concentrates in that pocket. Under enough voltage stress, it ionizes.
That is a partial discharge, and it repeats every time the component is energized, eroding the insulation until something fails.
It is one of the most common, and most avoidable, causes of premature failure in motors, transformers and other wound components.

The CV DL 70 ASI + VC removes that risk at the source.
Resin is degassed before dispensing, then dispensed directly into the component under vacuum, filling the narrowest internal gaps instead of bridging over them.
That is process control. Not a number on a datasheet, but the same result on the first component and the ten thousandth.
