At the Forlì hangar, Albatechnics’ team is carrying out complex airframe repair work, including the removal of a Gogo Wi-Fi system: an operation that involves removing a significant section of aircraft skin and fabricating a new structural panel to restore the affected area.
This type of work requires advanced technical capability, accurate coordination and a deep understanding of aircraft structures.

Every phase, from removal to fabrication and final repair, must be performed with precision, control and strict attention to procedure.

It is in operations like these that Albatechnics’ structural repair expertise becomes a key part of the maintenance process.💥

Albatechnics participated in the authorities’ presentation about Forlì Airport’s industrial plan for the upcoming years, which was titled “The Routes of Development - Le rotte dello sviluppo”.

The event represented a meaningful opportunity to share the airport’s future vision and the increasingly central role of aircraft maintenance within its growth path. During the event, Engr. Alessandro Fagotto, CEO of Albatechnics, presented the next developments related to the company’s maintenance activities. Particular attention was given to the construction of the first in a series of new four-bay hangars, designed to accommodate Airbus A320/A321 and Boeing B737 aircraft, with completion expected by the end of 2027.

The future development of an inflatable hangar was also presented, with completion planned by the end of 2026: a solution that, to date, represents the first project of this kind in Italy for aircraft maintenance activities.
These projects reflect a concrete development perspective: new infrastructure, greater operational capacity, technical expertise and an aviation ecosystem increasingly connected to the local area.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to raise awareness of Albatechnics, our maintenance activities, and the work we carry out every day at our facilities.
We were pleased to welcome numerous visitors, including students from local aviation schools and people curious to learn how aircraft maintenance works.
Thanks to this event, guests were able to tour our facilities and observe our operations up close, gaining firsthand insight into the technical expertise, coordination, and attention to detail that underpin our aircraft maintenance operations.

At the Forlì hangar, our team carried out a set of technical maintenance activities requiring accuracy, coordination and strict procedural control.
The work included NDT inspections, aircraft weighing, landing gear extension tests and stabilizer-related maintenance tasks.
Each activity supports a specific phase of the maintenance process: from structural and component verification to operational checks and aircraft configuration assessment.

In aircraft maintenance, reliability is built through method, certified expertise and attention to every technical detail.
