💡 PTK Tips | How can you give OTC products more visibility in your pharmacy?
products deserve more than a neatly organised shelf! 😉 Here are 5 ideas to make the most of your OTC range, plus a bonus tip.

🔸 Get ahead of the season. Don’t wait for patients to ask! Plan your displays around seasonal changes, holidays and the arrival of colder weather. Help patients find products that are relevant to their needs at the right time.

🔸 Think in terms of needs, not just categories. Create themed displays that bring together products addressing the same needs. It’s a great way to help patients discover products they might not have considered otherwise.

🔸 Visibility catches the eye, but advice makes the difference. A product that stands out is only the first step! Talking with the pharmacist helps identify each patient’s needs and guide them towards the most suitable solution, without encouraging unnecessary purchases.

🔸 Turn every space into an opportunity. If your robot is positioned behind the counter, its display shelves can provide valuable extra space to showcase selected OTC products. A smart way to make the most of every inch!

🔸 Give less visible products a second chance. Is a product selling slowly because demand is low, or simply because it goes unnoticed? Try moving it to a different spot or giving it a more targeted display, then see whether it makes a difference.

September kept us on the move… and we loved it! 🚀🧡

From one trip to the next, the orange team met pharmacists, visited pharmacies and shared plenty of moments of exchange.

At our headquarters, with the Spanish pharmacists who joined us for the PTK Tour.
In France, at the CNDP congress, meeting people, sharing ideas and having conversations.
In Croatia, to celebrate the opening of the new Ljekarna Marušić.

Three countries, three different occasions, but one thing in common: the desire to stay close to those who live pharmacy every day.

🌴 Oggi vi portiamo a Tenerife, nella Farmacia Blesa.

💡 PTK Tips: conosci il segreto di Euclid3D?

Quando il ritmo in aumenta, hai più persone da servire, più confezioni da recuperare, più richieste da gestire… devi continuare a offrire un servizio veloce e puntuale.
