Unlike traditional surface coatings, OXiTECH does not create an insulating layer. Instead, 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, promoting more efficient heat dissipation and helping deliver more consistent tyre performance.

𝗟𝗼𝘄-𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 is one of the key technologies behind the quality of AMV wheels.

During the production process, molten magnesium is fed into the mould in a controlled manner, ensuring a gradual filling process.

Controlled cooling helps achieve a more compact structure, contributing to reduced porosity while 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺.

Why are 𝗖𝗡𝗖 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 processes essential to the precision of an AMV wheel?

Wheels produced through low-pressure casting require high-precision machining to remove excess material and accurately define every detail of the component.

In the AMV machining department, seven dedicated CNC lathes, including three automated robotic cells, enable precision machining with tolerances down to hundredths of a millimetre.

The result? 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, maximum consistency across every wheel, and uncompromising quality in every component.
