These are the principles behind our MR-C 80, a crawler drilling rig designed to stand out above all for its extensive operating range.

And just recently, a new MR-C 80 was loaded and is now on its way to Texas, to our customer Oscar Orduno, Inc.

What makes it special is the combination of technical features and versatility:

🔸 ARTICULATED KINEMATICS – Extensive freedom in mast positioning to operate in different drilling configurations.

🔸 STABILITY – Expandable crawler undercarriage from 2,200 to 2,700 mm.

🔸 POWER – 85 kW Deutz engine and hydraulic system with a main pump delivering 250 l/min at 250 bar.

🔸 PERFORMANCE – Up to 2,500 daN of push force, 2,500 daN of pullback force, and 3,500 mm of effective stroke.

From ground anchors to self-drilling anchors, from soil nailing to tunnelling applications: a machine developed to offer a wide range of operating possibilities.

An MR-C 30 like you’ve never seen before!

We had the pleasure of welcoming Groupe Grisoni, MatCHbau SA and MQG INTERNATIONAL to our headquarters in Villadossola for the training and commissioning activities of the new MR-C 30 in a special dual rotary head configuration!

A valuable opportunity to meet and exchange ideas, while taking a closer look at a drilling rig developed to meet specific operational requirements.

But what makes this MR-C 30 so special?

•For the first time, a dual rotary head system on such a compact drilling rig. With torque ratings of 212 daNm for the upper head and 500 daNm for the lower head, this system is specifically designed for casing drilling operations, providing an exceptionally high-performing and flexible platform.

•A new triple-extension modular mast! A solution that further enhances the drilling rig’s versatility, particularly for operations where available working height is extremely limited (low headroom).

•Customized down to the color! For this MR-C 30, the customer chose a custom color scheme, another option Marini offers to tailor each solution not only to operational requirements but also to the aesthetic preferences of those who choose it.

We are in New Zealand, where Ground Anchor System is putting our MR-A 120 Compact to work on rock stabilization and subhorizontal drainage drilling:
two different applications that highlight the ability of the MR-A 120 Compact to adapt to the specific requirements of each job site.

Mounted directly on an excavator, it combines the reach of the carrier machine with a fully radio-controlled drilling system.

Electro-proportional control valves ensure precise movements, while the positioning system, with ±180° rotation and ±90° tilt, provides extensive freedom of orientation during drilling operations.

The result? An excavator transformed into a fully capable drilling platform, ready to handle different applications without compromising on control or flexibility.

WINTER IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER. BUT NOT FOR EVERYONE!

While for many the winter season has yet to begin, some are already facing it on the job site. And under anything but easy conditions.

Neve, ghiaccio, pendenze importanti e spazi di manovra ridotti. Uno scenario spettacolare, che diventa ancora più impressionante quando si osserva da vicino la realtà del cantiere.

A portarci in questo ambiente straordinario sono gli scatti condivisi da MARX SRL, che ringraziamo per averci mostrato la nostra tecnologia all’opera.
Protagonista la nostra MARINI MR-A 150, installata su escavatore ragno e dotata di sistema di caricamento aste.
