Alfagomma supports offshore loading operations with submarine hose solutions engineered for reliability, durability and safe performance in demanding marine environments.

Designed for CBM and MBM systems, these submarine hoses are developed for cargo loading and unloading operations, connecting underwater PLEM manifolds and operating directly on the seabed between operations.

Available in single and double carcass configurations with metallic or textile reinforcement, Alfagomma submarine hoses are designed to meet different operational requirements, with internal diameters from 6" to 24" and nominal working pressures of 15, 19 and 21 bar.

Engineered for offshore reliability, providing robust performance in critical marine applications where safety and long service life are essential.

Thunder-lock is ALFAGOMMA’s innovative mechanical connection system for rigid pipes, designed to deliver the reliability of welded joints without the risks, costs and complexity of traditional welding.

Using a compact portable tool, a permanent leak-tight connection can be completed on site in as little as 15–25 seconds, making installation faster and simpler, even in confined spaces such as onboard vessels. No highly skilled technicians or fire-fighting supervision are required.

Thunder-lock helps reduce installation time, improve safety and simplify pipe assembly without compromising long-term performance.
