It is with deep sadness that we share the news that our colleague and friend, Johnny Moffett, has passed away.

Johnny was a Director at T&G for many years and was instrumental in the growth and success of the company. He brought not only exceptional engineering knowledge and leadership, but also kindness, generosity, and a genuine care for those around him. He will be remembered by all of us as a valued colleague, mentor, and friend, and his contribution to both T&G and the wider industry will not be forgotten.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Johnny’s family and loved ones.

He will be greatly missed by everyone at T&G.

T&G Structural Engineers is proud to be supporting the redevelopment of Cobo Bay Hotel in Guernsey. Our involvement in Phase 1 has included the structural design of new steel frame extensions, assessment of the existing building and coordination to help deliver the next stage of the hotel’s transformation. It’s a project that reflects our practical, buildable approach to structural engineering. Great to work with our client Cobo Bay Hotel and the construction team PF+A, Rihoy & Son, and C8 Mechanical & Electrical Ltd to deliver Phase One of the renovation of this prominent hotel.
