Worthwhile and informative. Thank you Ashbe Construction ltd and WorkSafe. 👷

Really encouraging to see such strong engagement with behavioural safety across Ashbe Construction ltd and Andium Homes sites as part of their joint initiative to build a positive safety culture.

At WorkSafe, we have been delivering monthly behavioural safety sessions across their projects. The response from site operatives has been great, with two way communication and buy in from everyone involved.

Today’s session took place on Ashbe’s Field J1109 Sion development where 37 new homes are being built for Andium Homes. It was great to have Gavin Bartlett from Andium join the session and speak about the organisation’s ongoing commitment to the initiative. Also good to see operatives from Focus Carpentry & Drylining Excellence actively engaging in the conversation.

It is clear that behavioural safety is more than just a box ticking exercise here as it is becoming part of everyday site culture.
