They don’t build them like this any more — and that’s rather the point.

When the Citation X arrived, it was designed to do one thing better than anything else in the sky: get there first. Swept wings, huge engines, and a cabin from an era when interiors were made from burl walnut and cream leather rather than plastic and screens. Three decades on, very little has caught it.

We had the cameras out at Jersey Airport recently, so here she is properly — inside and out.

• Double-club configuration, nine seats
• Executive tables in polished burl for working sectors

• Cabin crew available on request for any sector
• Genuine long-range speed, from a ramp in the Channel Islands

Behind the scenes on our latest shoot aboard 2-MACH, our Citation X. ✈️

Shot on a glorious summer day on the ramp at Jersey Airport — our home base. We’re lucky to operate from an island this beautiful, and days like this one are a good reminder of it.

A full day on the apron and in the cabin — the canapés were plated three times before anyone was allowed near them, and the cabin crew were endlessly patient with us.

Grateful Thanks goes to our superb models on the day ✨ and her daughter Solène, .rodriguez.10 and Ortac pilots .76 .

A morning on the Silver Bullet ✈️

Today we flew London to Rotterdam and back aboard the Citation X — one of the fastest civilian jets in the sky — as we complete the final steps of welcoming her onto the Ortac AOC for EU charter.

Rather than fly empty, we invited a select group of our broker partners to join us and experience first-hand what their clients will feel: the speed, the performance, and the cabin service that defines The Human Way to Fly.
