We started sailing weekly to the UK and by 1829, we were covering the whole island! Fast forward to 1969, when the Jersey government took over and said, 'We got this!' We even started making their own stamps - talk about swanky! In 2004, Jersey Post Logistics made waves at the World Mail Awards, securing the 'Award for Enterprise'. Then, in 2006, we officially became a company on July 1st - Ahoy,

mail mates! Now, we're still here to support you, whether you're in Jersey or anywhere else in the world. Sending and receiving letters, parcels and communications is what we do best. With our network of global partners, we make sure that we deliver for you.

Today we are saying goodbye to Richard after many years at St. John's Post Office.

We want to thank him for all of his hard work! He has this message to share with his customers:

"After nearly 13 wonderful years at St John’s Post Office, the time has come for me to say goodbye.

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of our customers for your kindness, support, and friendly conversations over the years. It has truly been a pleasure to serve this community, and I have valued getting to know so many of you - it has made my time here very special.

I’m moving on to a very different role, becoming a home carer for my girlfriend. It’s a big change, as I suspect the ‘customer’ at home may be a bit more demanding!

Thank you again for all the memories, similes and support through all my time here. Wishing you all the very best for the future.
