From storm damage to full restoration 🌧️➡️🏡

After Storm Ciaran hit in November 2023, Hartigan were appointed to assess the damage and manage the complete reinstatement of this property.

We oversaw every stage — from initial inspections and defect schedules to tendering, contract administration, and regular site visits — ensuring all repairs were accurately scoped, costed, and delivered to a high standard.
The result: a safe, fully restored building and a smooth, well‑coordinated process for our client.

We’re excited to share that the States of Jersey Police Shooting Range project has been shortlisted for the GE International Project of the Year Award 2026!

Delivered with multidisciplinary engineering support from Hartigan, the project provides a state‑of‑the‑art 50m training range featuring running‑man and rotating targets, a dedicated Armed Response Vehicle deployment area, and a fully adaptable close‑quarters battle (CQB) facility.

A huge congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this complex project to life. Being recognised on an international stage is a fantastic achievement for the whole team!

Our proposal for 17½–18 Esplanade introduces Jersey’s first large-scale living green façade, flexible new workspace, and the careful integration of its much-loved granite frontage. Targeting BREEAM Excellent, it’s a confident step toward a low-carbon, biodiverse and beautifully revitalised town centre.
