We’re Hiring – Truss & Posi Joist Operatives
Due to continued growth, we’re looking to recruit Operatives to join our Truss & Posi Joist Department at 5 Oaks.
These are permanent, full-time positions, working Monday to Friday.
The role will involve:
* Manufacturing timber engineered products from technical drawings.
* Cutting and preparing timber to meet production requirements.
* Operating power tools, hand tools and specialist machinery.
* Working safely and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the production process.
Previous experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are willing to learn and take pride in their work.
Experience in manufacturing, construction, woodworking, engineering, or using machinery and power tools would be an advantage, but it’s not a requirement.
