🎉 What an incredible few days! 🚴🇫🇷

Our 2026 charity cycling challenge is complete!

Over 29 cyclists took on an amazing 380km over three days around Nantes, with a brave few even adding the ride back to St Malo to finish their adventure in style! 💪

Together, we've raised over £14,000 (and counting!) for Friends of Mont à l’Abbé School, Friends of Le Murier, and other Channel Island charities.

A huge thank you to every rider, supporter, volunteer and everyone who has donated along the way. You made this challenge a real success.

🚴 And they're off! 🇫🇷

Our 29 cyclists have officially left Jersey and Guernsey and are on their way to France to begin their three-day charity cycling challenge.

Thanks to your incredible support, we've already raised over £11,000 for Friends of Mont à l’Abbé School in Jersey and Friends of Le Murier in Guernsey – but there's still time to help us go even further.

🚴‍♂️ 300km. 3 days. One shared purpose. 🚴‍♀️

Next week, a group of riders will take on a three-day cycling challenge through France, covering around 300km to raise funds for two fantastic causes that make a real difference in our island communities.

In Jersey, we're supporting the wonderful work of Friends of Mont à l’Abbé School, helping provide opportunities, equipment and experiences for children with special educational needs.

In Guernsey, we're proud to support Friends of Le Murier, whose fundraising helps residential and outdoor learning programmes of students at Le Murier School.

While the route takes us across France, the focus remains firmly on giving back to both islands and supporting young people and families in our communities.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps these incredible charities continue their work.

Happy Liberation Day!

Today we reflect on the strength, resilience, and unity that define our island communities across both Jersey and Guernsey, and we celebrate the freedom that allows our islands to continue to grow and thrive.
