During WIP Terminal’s most recent AGM, our Chairman, Charles Chambers spoke about how as of June 19, 2026, approximately 1000 shareholders now participate in the ownership of this company. He discussed how the listing provides capital access, broadening our funding base to support regional expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and long-term strategic initiatives. He also explain that it provides equity currency, enabling the terminal to potentially raise cash, structure debt, and use shares for future acquisitions, unlocking value that was not available as a private enterprise.
