يسر فرع IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS) Jordan Chapter الإعلان عن فتح باب استقبال المقترحات لاستضافة وتنظيم Jordan EMBS National Day 2026. وعليه، يدعو جميع فروع IEEE EMBS Student Chapters في الجامعات الأردنية إلى تقديم طلبات الترشح الخاصة بها.

يُعد Jordan EMBS National Day فعالية وطنية تُقام تحت رعاية IEEE EMBS Jordan Chapter، حيث تجمع جميع فروع IEEE EMBS Student Chapters في الجامعات الأردنية في منصة واحدة. تهدف الفعالية إلى تعزيز التعاون بين الفروع، وتسهيل تبادل الخبرات وأفضل الممارسات، وتوسيع شبكات التواصل المهنية، وبناء مجتمع موحّد ومتعاون في مجال الهندسة الطبية الحيوية.

من المتوقع أن تتضمن الفعالية مجموعة متنوعة من الأنشطة التقنية والمهنية، بما في ذلك الكلمات الرئيسية، الجلسات التقنية، الجلسات الحوارية، ورش العمل، فرص التواصل، ومعارض المشاريع الطلابية. كما سيتم دعوة متحدثين مميزين من داخل الأردن وخارجه، بما في ذلك خبراء من شركات رائدة في مجال الهندسة الطبية الحيوية، والمؤسسات الصحية، والجهات الأكاديمية، لمشاركة خبراتهم ومعارفهم ورؤاهم حول أحدث التطورات في هذا المجال.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ستستضيف الفعالية مسابقة أفضل مشروع في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية، حيث سيقوم الطلاب من مختلف الجامعات بعرض مشاريع تخرجهم أو مشاريعهم البحثية المبتكرة. تهدف المسابقة إلى تشجيع الإبداع، وتكريم الحلول الهندسية المتميزة، وتزويد المشاركين بملاحظات قيّمة من لجنة تحكيم تضم خبراء أكاديميين ومتخصصين من القطاع الصناعي.

يجب أن تتضمن المقترحات المقدمة ما يلي:

* المكان المقترح لإقامة الفعالية.
* تاريخ ووقت انعقاد الحدث.
* ميزانية تفصيلية تشمل تكاليف المكان، الطباعة، الضيافة، وأي مصاريف أخرى.
* العدد المتوقع للحضور.
* جدول أعمال الفعالية.
* خطة تسويقية شاملة.

The IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS) Jordan Chapter is pleased to announce the opening of proposals for hosting and organizing the Jordan EMBS National Day 2026. Accordingly, all IEEE EMBS Student Chapters across Jordanian universities are invited to submit their applications.

Jordan EMBS National Day is a national event held under the patronage of the IEEE EMBS Jordan Chapter, bringing together all IEEE EMBS Student Chapters across Jordan in one platform. The event aims to strengthen collaboration among chapters, facilitate the exchange of experiences and best practices, expand professional networks, and foster a unified and collaborative biomedical engineering community.

The event is expected to feature a diverse range of technical and professional activities, including keynote speeches, technical sessions, panel discussions, workshops, networking opportunities, and student project showcases. Distinguished speakers from Jordan and abroad—including experts from leading biomedical engineering companies, healthcare institutions, and academic organizations—will be invited to share their expertise, experiences, and insights into the latest advancements in the field.

Additionally, the event will host the Best Biomedical Engineering Project Competition, where students from various universities will showcase their innovative graduation and research projects. The competition aims to encourage creativity, recognize outstanding engineering solutions, and provide participants with valuable feedback from a panel of academic and industry experts.

Submitted proposals must include the following:

* Proposed venue for hosting the event.
* Event date and time.
* A detailed budget covering venue, printing, hospitality, and other related expenses.
* Expected number of attendees.
* Event agenda.
* Comprehensive marketing plan.

The deadline for submitting proposals is July 30, 2026. Applicants are kindly requested to complete the proposal template and submit it as a PDF file through the designated submission link.

🚀 في اليوم العلمي المميز EMBS NATIONAL DAY ، أُقيمت مسابقة أفضل مشروع في الهندسة الطبية والتقنية الصحية بمشاركة 15 مشروعًا متميزًا من جامعات مختلفة مثل مؤتة، الألمانية، عمان العربية ، اليرموك، الهاشمية، وجامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية.

🏆 وبعد تقييم دقيق من لجنة التحكيم، تم اختيار ثلاثة مشاريع تميزت بابتكارها وتأثيرها الواضح في مجال الهندسة الطبية:

1. المركز الأول بجائزة مقدارها 100 JOD :
اسم المشروع:V-MIL: Virtual Medical Imaging Lab
الطالب:Deyaa Adam من الجامعة الهاشمية.
وصف:
V-MIL is an interactive virtual medical imaging simulator designed to help students and trainees understand how real imaging systems work. It provides a realistic environment for experimenting with MRI, CT, X-ray, and Ultrasound scanning workflows—without the need for physical equipment. The simulator enhances learning through hands-on exploration, visual guidance, and gamified training experiences.

2. المركز الثاني بجائزة مقدارها 75 JOD :
اسم المشروع: A Portable EMG Based System for Early Detection of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
الطالبة: Farah Mohammed من جامعة العلوم و التكنولوجيا الأردنية
وصف:
The project develops a portable system to detect Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) early using EMG signals, aiming for real-time alerts based on muscle activity changes.

3. المركز الثالث:
اسم المشروع: NeuroFusion
الطالب: HASAN ALQADI من جامعة العلوم و التكنولوجيا الأردنية .
وصف:
NeuroFusion is a multimodal AI platform that analyzes and fuses three distinct medical datasets (MRI, EEG, and ECG) simultaneously. Its purpose is to replace subjective surgical evaluations with a single "Unified Surgical Risk Index," providing surgeons with an objective and immediate data-driven decision.
