MORIA qualified team (Architect, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical) was relocated to KSA to work and support contractor in Engineering, Design, and Construction stages over 4 months on-site and one year remotely.

Preparing project specification, Buildings designing and Engineering, Underground utilities and interfacing, Material and finishing selection, Power Supply Work, IT and Telecommunication Work, Furniture and Accessories Work.

Moreover, MORIA Team generated all these operations via BIM process up To LOD400 and according to ISO 19650 , where Revit and Navis work are the most useful tools for the best coordination and reduction of time and cost in construction site.

Box Park, located at the old Doha Port, Qatar. Made of colorful recycled containers the redevelopment project at Doha port is filled with recycled shipping containers painted in bright colors. Most of the containers are allocated for commercial and retail spaces.

MORIA was responsible to generate BIM Models LOD350 up to LOD 500 for all disciplines and infrastructure in addition to Asset Management Documents.
