We are looking for self-motivated candidate on a full-time basis for “BIM Coordinator” with the following qualifications and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in architecture, engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo as a minimum.
• Experience with BIM 360 and cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Prior experience working in a BIM-related role preferred.
• Excellent command in English.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of BIM processes and workflows on projects.
• Develop BIM ex*****on plans for each project.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using BIM software to identify and mitigate design conflicts.
• The ability to facilitate communication and coordination between architects and engineers.
• Provide training and support to project team members on BIM software and processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.
• Create and maintain families and templates for all disciplines (architecture and engineering).
• Create workflow process between disciplines.
