🤝 A New Milestone for Employment & Community Development in Jordan! 🇯🇴

We are proud to announce the signing of a Cooperation Agreement between Jerash Garments & Fashions Manufacturing Company and the Ministry of Labour to establish a new production branch in Al-Ashari, Ma’an Governorate.

🏭 This new facility will create 400 employment opportunities for Jordanian workers from the local community, reinforcing our commitment to supporting economic growth, empowering local talent, and contributing to sustainable development across the Kingdom.

The signing ceremony was attended by:
👤 H.E. Eng. Khaled Al-Bakkar, Minister of Labour
👤 Eric Tang, Chief Executive Officer, Jerash Garments & Fashions Manufacturing Company
👤 Oryana Al-Awaysheh, Executive Director
👤 Baiju Chellamma, General Manager

📈 With the opening of this new branch, Jerash Garments & Fashions Manufacturing Company will expand its network to 8 branches across Jordan, with a total workforce capacity of approximately 6,500 employees.

Today marks a proud and meaningful milestone as Jerash Unit 7 officially begins operations in Mafraq, Jordan 🇯🇴

We are honored that His Excellency Dr. Khaled Al-Bakkar, Minister of Labor, inaugurated the unit by cutting the ribbon and extended his congratulations and best wishes to Jerash on this important occasion.

The establishment of Unit 7 reflects Jerash’s strong commitment to rural employment generation, community empowerment, and inclusive growth. By creating job opportunities closer to home, this initiative supports local livelihoods, strengthens families, and contributes to sustainable development in the Mafraq region.

Unit 7 is more than a new manufacturing facility—it is a step forward in empowering communities and growing responsibly. We invite the entire Jerash family to be part of this journey and contribute to the continued success of Unit 7.
