Main tasks and duties:
1. Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
2. Scheduling meetings.
3. Greeting business clients and guests
4. Maintain a filing/ Archiving system
5. Maintaining and ordering office supplies and marketing materials
6. Supporting supply chain/ shipping functions
7. Assist in preparing reports, and official documents.

Qualifications:
- High diploma in Business Administration or any relative field.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills
