The Ayyash-Signum Story

Ayyash-Signum, founded in Amman / Jordan in 1981 by a father and son team, David and Samer, specialises in the hand fabrication of indoor and outdoor signage of the highest quality. From the outset, the management team dedicated the company to raising the quality and standards of sign-making in Jordan and across the Levant region. Soon after founding the company, we extended our mission to include other related services. In 1986 the company joined the British Signs Association.

Our family name Ayyash in Arabic reflects the human value of living according to higher precepts. We wanted our company name both to reflect us personally and to present to our customers the depth of our commitment to our handicraft. Simply put, we make signs as they should be made. The company stands as a dynamic testament to the fact that family values and commercial values can align successfully for more than three decades.

Today, Ayyash-Signum is routinely chosen by major customers spanning a wide variety of industries. We have completed substantial projects for hotels, banks, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, universities, theatres, and non-profit organisations. As different customers often come with significantly different needs, our work begins with highly personalised assistance at the conceptual stage where good ideas matter. Once the design meets the criteria of all stakeholders, we shepherd the work all the way through to fully realised installation on the customer premises. Moreover, we are committed to meeting demanding constraints, not least of which is ecological concerns.
